How it works:
We dispatch a refurbished item at once, minimising down-time.
You send back in return your damaged item for exchange within the next seven days.
Full payment is required prior to the dispatch of the refurbished item, while the final balance and exchange refund will be calculated once we receive test and repair your damaged item.
Alternatively, we will ship your item once we have received, tested and agreed the discount for your damaged item.
All our refurbished items are fully functional and tested before shipment.

All servo motor/electronic components received, are carefully dismantled and thoroughly cleaned with filtered and de-humidified compressed air. They are subsequently immersed in special ultrasound tanks, treated with degreasing, paint stripping and other deoxidizing cleaning liquids.
Further to our comprehensive clean-up process, we carefully replace all defective components and thoroughly test the equipment. Our exhaustive testing procedures ensure full functionality of the repaired equipment tested to their limits.
Once your equipment is cleaned, repaired and tested we carefully package it and prepare it for shipment.
