No, you do not have to register on our website, in order to browse through our products.

Since you have found the product you are interested in our product range, please submit a query by clicking the “make an inquiry for this product” button within the specific product page.

In case you cannot find the product you are interested in, please use our contact form in the “contact” tab menu, to get in touch with us.  Describe to us what you are looking for with the greatest possible detail (manufacturer’s label with a part no is the best) and we will do our best to find it for you. You can always send an e-mail directly to “info@unindustrial.com”

Detailed information regarding shipment and payment terms can be found in our terms and conditions document. In general shipments are carried out via UPS or DHL and a tracking number is communicated to the final recipient. Shipments are not insured by Unindustrial for any damage or loss during transport. Shipments are considered delivered at the time they are leaving Unindustrial premises, either they are sent by Unindustrial to the client’s designated address or they are collected on behalf of the client. Standard payment term involves payment in advance unless otherwise state in the agreement.

As standard we provide one year warranty on our repairs, sales or exchanges unless otherwise stated on the agreement.

We can either repair your own equipment or exchange it with an already refurbished part out of our stock. When time is critical, or the repair of your own equipment is deemed un-economical an exchange is the best solution to the problem.
